I think just behind Jolly "Fats" Weehawken, immortalized as the owner/proprietor of Weehawken to London Airlines in the 1983 Jerry Lewis movie Cracking Up. Please do not be tempted to look up YouTube clips of this movie by the amusing premise of a man with two nicknames running flights between Weehawken NJ and London. I cannot stress enough how not funny this movie is.
