Legit check on Omega Seamaster 562 movement

Seller cannot verify the movement since he does not know how to open the dial as he is a private seller as opposed to an online store. I have went on omega vintage catalogue and could not find this design with the 562 caliber number search. Nor can I find any image online with the green circles on the hours of the dial. Please help me verify that this is a authentic Omega wristwatch and estimate the approximate value of this watch. Thank you.

Honestly, too hard to judge with such limited photos and no movement info/ photos. You mainly looking around in the >$500 USD range?
