Though now it’s more then just the 10% gst to import goods here to Aus since the gov handed the collection and paperwork over too the couriers 🙁

Took the do it yourself route last one as it was via the post and it’s $90 charge for the Customs entry on top of the 10%.

FedEx was $20 on top of 10% duty.

Did anyone got the watches already from JOMA?

I myself didn’t order one but curious if we’re able to get one with their respective cards

Yes, I did buy and received within days of ordering. I bought it immediately upon seeing this thread which alerted me to the opportunity.

Did you get all the warranty cards pictograms etc?? Or just the watch?

So any issues with the watch directly with Joma. What is the warranty that they offer?

OK, so full disclosure here - I have a 50th that I bought from an OB. I got on list early, paid depost, etc...Very happy with watch and now makes three Apollo 11 LE's that I have (35th, 40th, and 50th). When this thread started I went to the Jomashop website to see if truly available. It was and so I bought immediately with the idea of making a profit. I am not normally a flipper (in fact this is the first watch I've sold) and indeed am happily keeping my 50th from the OB. Also importantly - I wasn't taking an allocation from anyone who might be on lists or waitlists by buying from Jomashop. Watch was sold within a week of receiving it and new owner very happy with watch.

Just as a datapoint did you sell the watch, less warranty card, at or above the retail price? Personally, you saw an opportunity and jumped on it, no reason to apologize or feel guilty, too many people freak out at the idea of someone making money on a new watch.

My concern when buying any watch with an in house movement that is supplied with a sellers warranty is what happens if watch fails during the warranty period.

well that’s the risk of that purchase. But came with a nice discount as well I believe...
if your intention is to sell the buyer will know the risks..

In a perfect world the seller would have to send it in for factory service at their expense. Fortunately most watches don't have a serious failure these days, usually a minor adjustment.

Sold it above retail. Don't feel guilty but would have had I flipped the one I bought from the OB...

Did you tell the buyer of your Joma one that that don't have an Omega warranty? Just curious?

Of course. Made that extremely clear in posting. Discounted "appropriately" vs. other watches being sold for not having warranty card.
