Looks nice but personally I am not crazy about it. I am sure Omega will release more watches to commemorate the 50th anniversary.
Tuesday March 12, now that's what I call a Speedytuesday worthy news flash ... superb looking Gold 2019 Apollo 11 tribute Speedmaster ... Edit: will it come in a cubic crater box ?
I do love it but not in my price range, love what they’ve done with it though, especially going the applied vintage omega logo, hopefully the steel one carries that too
I love me some LE's, but I'm not 100% digging this one, even though it's a fabulous reissue. I do dig the new movement though. Hoping to see it in more Apollo 11 50th's this year.
I must say I saw this one coming . https://omegaforums.net/threads/spe...nniversary-thoughts.63195/page-4#post-1018971 At first I am not crazy about it but I need some time to digest it. Anyway, quite out of my league too.
Just noticed the box mentioned: Packaged in Ceramic 3D Printed Lunar Surface Box If they’ve done a new version of the old lunar surface box I’m curious but a ceramic 3d printed one sounds really unusual, want to see what that looks like.
Cool watch. Looks stunning, like the original. Surprised by the Master Chronometer movement with a Co-Axial escapement. Is it a true Professional for the die-hards? Love the evolution while getting back to the roots. Au750/18kt gold is bit too much to me, I also don't like it on the dark side of then moon.
That's not a bad price point for a solid gold epic watch of this significance and comparative rarity, is it? We should all chip in, buy one, and timeshare it among OFers.

The caseback is beautiful. "The sapphire display contains an inner ring made of Moonshine gold with both black and blue PVD highlights." And a sliver of meteorite made to look like the moon. I hope to get to see this in close-up some time. Waiting for @dsio to buy one and make a video.
Beautiful and a faithful reissue.. but at £25,600 out of my league unless I sell a child or kidney...
