·The dial is fine. The case has seen some polish, but not too much, IMO.

·The appearance of paint on the indices that some mentioned seems to just be a reflection (maybe of the dial) in the indices, since the sides are clearly gold colored in the well-lit photos that aren't straight on.

·Not uncommon on these SM30. Here is one I used to own with a pristine dial.

·Take your point but on yours the lume on the hands and the hour markers are a close match, whereas with the OP's the hand lume appears to be much darker. Could just be the light conditions though.

I am pretty sure that there are some issues with the hand lume. Some of it has fallen out on the minute hand and the graining on the lume on the hour hand seem a bit rougher than usual. It could be nothing or it could be due to a relume, either recent or a long time ago. To me this wouldn't matter that much.

based on the earlier pictures is also had the impression it was a redial as there seem to be paint on the numerals. But with the high res pictures, there seem to be no paint on the side of the indexes (at least that was my impression). the print quality and the lume dots look excellent. I would say either original or very good redial.
