Looks like it has seen better days lol.

With my limited knowledge on authenticity, and basing this strictly off owning a railmaster, I'd say it's legit. Everything looks right anyway. Your picture isn't very high def but it looks right. Is that water damage?

 

Why would one buy such a dial used in this condition? And not new from Omega?

 

Genuine but f*cked.
