Is there such a person as a Helbros guru?

OK, I am about to cease any further research as I now believe the watch is a redial.
I have found another pic on the web and when you do the comparison the fonts etc are definitely different. Not conclusive I know, but the indices for 4,5, and 6 are misaligned.

Web pic.

Watch in question.

I don't think that the crown is helping. If you look at the crown of @Scarecrow Boat it has a step to accommodate the bezel where this one does not.

I have zoomed into your recently added images and I firmly believe the bezel on your watch is altogether incorrect and too large, which is the reason it doesn't rotate.

In this image where you showed your crown difference, I was able to zoom in and see the bezel overhangs the side of your case. I tried to highlight this with the red markings. The overhang is slight but enough for me to believe it is causing problems.

Looking at my dive watches from the 60s/70s, it seems it was a popular design choice to cut/shape the top of the lugs to allow for the round shape of the bezel and for it to be sunk into the case, whereas all of my modern divers, the bezel sits above the lugs. In this image of yours, you can more easily see the lug shape/cut that I am referring to. Again, highlighted by red.

While this bezel does "fit" your case, I think it was more of a "forced fit." In this image of yours, you can see the shaped lug but also paint wear the same size/depth of the shaped lug. As if someone in the past forced a rotation due to the bezel being too tightly fit. I hope this all makes sense- I haven't slept well for several days and I am exhausted.

The dial is Helbros, the bezel isn’t. The case and back are different from most of the other divers I have seen but there are at least 4 different cases I have seen for these. The crown looks like a replacement.
I’m guessing this watch is just a bitsa….little bits of this and little bits of that.

Oh, and I have never seen this bezel on a Helbros

Looks like Bakelite and they didn’t do Bakelite as far as I have seen- if anyone can correct me on this- please do and I’ll take it!

Here are my two- both have slightly different cases- in fact if you hold them side by side they are completely different watches.

I hesitate to say that things are wrong on the watch because there are many variations. However, as noted above, I have not seen this particular world-time bezel or case (with beveled lugs) on a Helbros skin diver (Invincible or self-winding). I would certainly be interested if people find other examples.
