·There should be a 'nail nick' where you can use your case back knife to open it. Take a look with a loupe to see if you can spot it.

·I think he was trying to be helpful should only cost 10-15 bucks at a watchmaker. Not a nice reply. He was trying to save you some scratches.
Did you use one of these? I’m not sure what else it’s not a press on case right?

Not nice at all indedd. And that would be a « she », @sheepdoll is a woman. And indeed the standard advice would be to tell people not to open cases on their own — and to bring them to professionals.
