·Well, I recommend to buy a Vintage Speedmaster which was produced around 1969. IMO that will give you a much stronger personal connenction to the historical event of the Moon Landing (in case you need that feeling) . Look out for a NASA issued Version 😁

Yes, I had read about that as well. So, not only are they done with Basel, but now it's all about Zurich 2019! Although, it will be interesting to see exactly what this Zurich event turns out as since no press/public are invited, just retailers.

·Nearby AD called and mentioned that corporate has allowed them to collect 5k deposit for the 50th anniversary watch and they are expecting second half of this year for the release. No information on the final price or even if it will be a limited edition. Was assured that if I change my mind after the watch was announced they will return my money back.

·I think they will launch it online just like the ST's, but perhaps some down payment will be required at an Omega Boutique after you reserve online within a certain period or else the reservation will be canceled and go to the waiting list
