Vintage tool watch with a dent you can hardly notice 馃槻

Is he a member here ? ( before I comment further 馃槜 )

Edit : Just looked at your FS add and it鈥檚 clearly visible. Nothing to be refunded in my book
I agree. Either that or be nice and offer that the buyer send the watch back with a full refund once it lands in one piece. Not worth the aggravation.

Defects visible in the photos = buyer is not entitled to a refund. If he wants to return it, he should pay postage and don't send his money until the watch arrives back.

thanks everybody. I do not enjoy the selling part of this habbit/hobby and want to get it over with, but I don't want to get ripped off. And I agree, it's a great watch. I am happy with it's condition, I just have too many watches.

This is why some folks end up selling to a dealer than to other collectors, because you never know what kind of BS you will run into. Maybe you make a little less money but usually less BS hassle. People like the buyer in this case make it worse for the rest of us. I agree with everyone here - get that watch back, and good luck with whatever you decide to do woth it in the future.

My 2 cents: the dent is clearly visible, plain as day, in pictures even if you could have mentioned it in the text. You're OK, you did not try to hide anything. Not seeing something in pictures is the risk associated to buying over the internet... Also, the dent is probably not very noticeable in real life when you don't put the watch 3cm away from your nose.

Selling on forums/not seeing the buyer in person can be a hassle because of this, that is why I personally rarely do it. Maybe get the watch back, highlight the dent in the text for next time?

GLWS!
