Those hands... clearly the customer told his watchmaker he wanted a period chronograph hand and the watchmaker didn't quite understand his meaning.

Well, movement seems to be a -66 - dial too - so I would say 1'900.--
What you need then is a CB-case for 1100.- and one of those DON-Bezels watchco sells for 1'500 and we're done with the project....

p.s. I forgot the hands - you can use them as fancy toothpicks...... but wait, maybe not, you could suffer food poisoning given all the paint...
