How do you keep tracks of your watch knowledge ?

I don't know a thing about watches, I only have some knowledge what about what American astronauts, Russian cosmonauts & visiting spacefarers wore over their spacesuit and on their wrists during the last 60 years of manned spaceflight... all written down in the big red book aka MoonwatchUniverse's notes

I like to forget at the same rate that I learn. That way, it doesn't get too full up there.

Don't let the "perfect" system stop you from writing down what you know, what you think you know, and what you don't. There is no perfect. Just start a google docs/sheets page and start recording what you've learned and where you learned it. As you add to it, the organization will either come or it won't, but it'll make sense to you and it'll be there for you when you need it.
