Google Sheets. Easily accessible via phone.
Yeah Google sheets for me too, although my collection is still small so it's not exactly difficult to stay on top of it! Buying watches in different currencies is always challenging because years later the FX rates have changed so much it means you need to keep a record of the exchange rate at the time of purchase too I found!

To keep track of mine I use the same method as with my tools. If you always put them back when you are done, they are always in the same place when you need one. Haven’t lost any yet.

Let’s start a club. We can call it Normal People.
Normal people don’t spend thousands on wristwatches or spend their free time talking about them on internet forums. I’d say it’s normal for collectors to catalog their collection. You people tossing your watches in a drawer are the weird ones. At least get a watch box. Savages. 😉

I am trying to see what is larger. A pipe organ, or a drawers and eBay boxes full of wrist watches and incompatible parts. At least I cut the tops off the eBay boxes so I can see what is in them when I put them in the drawer.

Now if I could only find out what happened to the 4th drawer in the bench, which has all the missing parts and lost watches... Somehow the bench morphed and there are only 3 drawers in it.

I could pretend to be normal, but I am not sure how, as I seldom meet any, they are quite scarce.
