Looks like a gold capped case in decent condition. Movement looks nice too. Unfortunately, the dial has been incorrectly refinished.

What makes you think that?

I’m afraid I agree with the conclusion.

Look very closely at the ‘Universal’ text (e.g. the S and A) and the ‘Polerouter Date’ italicised text and compare with other examples.

The dial seems to be an unusual colour. Is there a reference on the case back or between the lugs?

Please go to this site and look at some of the watches there.

Then tell me what you think.

Yea I've been eyeballing those photos.
"UNIVERSAL" seemes a bit more "flat", Pole Router seems a bit more "fat", so I understand what Mazoue saw.

Aside that I'm wondering about the lume dots near the indexes, I didn't find a dial with "Micro rotor" and one dot at 12 o'clock. Would that also be sth that's incorrect?

The whole dial is wrong. That grey color was never used by UG. Not worth the time going into this further.

Interesting, I'll look at that website as well.
