Help to verify a vintage Omega Constellation 167.005

Hey good folks,

Could anyone please help to give a suggestion on this piece of Omega Connie 167.005? Seems legit in my noob eyes (dial, hands, case, reference, movement), but just want to seek for advice as I read that there are counterfeits out there (especially for the case number 14900).

I think either dial or movement is wrong on this watch. For the 24 mil serial number, the script "officially certified" must be on dial.

Many thanks for the response! Can you also point me to where I can get reference about the dial inscription?
