Help to verify Seamaster 2828 9c Black Waffle Dial

Hello members, I'm still new to the vintage omega collection & planning to buy my first watch this week. Can I get some advise and opinions from experienced members about this watch that I'm about to buy. Especially about the dials since there's no Seamaster lettering on it. Is it a redial? And what's the value that you guys thinking of? Thanks in advance!
