Help identifying an old caliber

Hi all, just joined so hope someone can help as I don't know a lot about watches.

I have inherited an old gold Omega and the serial suggests it is 1916. However, I can't see a caliber and from the images I've seen from this era, it suggests that something is not quite right here.

Sometimes i think at old models the caliber it's written under the balance..i can't spot it in this picture..

12, 13 or 15 lignes, depending on the size.

(EDITED to add that it could also be 12 lignes)
