Help identifying an auction watch, unclear on origins

Hi folks! Was just wondering if anyone more knowledgeable than myself (not that hard!) might be able to identify this watch and maybe know a bit more about it?

It's up in a local auction, and unfortunately I don't think they know all about the origins. Probably won't be bidding on it myself considering the risk, but trying to learn more and this one has piqued my interest!

It's got a back with no identifying markers, a fairly worn dial and a damaged crystal. I've never seen a chrono like that one before though!

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks a mill!

Not an Omega case. Dial is a bad redial. No way to know what movement is in there.

I would run away from this at any price.

Thanks! Confirmed my suspicions on both accounts 🤣 the segments in the chrono dial especially were really odd to me. Someone is taking a hit on it because bids are at €120 currently!

Maybe I'll submit it to the worst redials thread 👀

I don't understand your use of the word "chrono".

My b, the subdial. I've seen examples like the ones attached here, but never seen anything like the one I listed above!
