Pretty keen to get something rolling in this regard. Any thoughts or appetite?

I'd be up for a couple of pints somewhere in the city, for sure. It's good to see a bit of a Melbourne cadre forming. Always felt the rugby league states were over-represented on this site 馃槈

If it's an AD you're looking for, I have had really good experiences with Hardy Bros. in Collins St. If you look earlier in this thread there are a couple of alternative suggestions from other members too. Happy hunting!
Had a few days off last week and went to Melbourne CBD and visited some ADs and watch stores. I have to say that Hardy Brothers and Omega AD impressed me the most (nice chats), others like Monards etc. were good as well. Any ideas on vintage watch stores in the Melbourne area?

Best pricing at Monard's on Collins St. You won't get much discount at the OBs.

One of the best vintage watch stores IMHO is Watchtime in The Block Arcade (15). They know their stuff, have a good range, not just Omegas, but can be quite pricey. Also check out the nearby The Watch Gallery 337 Little Collins St.
Let me know if a Melbourne GTG develops. I have been to T4AP and can recommend them.
Good hunting. Cheers

Starting to sound like a Melbourne GTG could be a thing!
Count me in.

@nisssmo2000: Which one did you get in the end (if any)? Still love my FOIS.
