Grandads Seamaster De Ville watch - Can anyone verify if its real?

Hi everyone,

I found this watch from my grandad's old belongings and was wondering if it was real.
I've been looking online for this model and couldn't find anything. It seems like it's in good condition but I haven't tried replacing the battery yet. I would love to know more about this watch if anyone has any knowledge of it.

No problem, I've been looking online for the last few days and couldn't find anything like it so assumed it was a copy.
Gonna keep it for sentimental value.
