My grandpa passed away several years ago and my auntie gifted me his watch. This watch is a gold Omega De Ville, but I have no idea of its official model or how old it is.

The watch currently isn't in its best condition, and ideally I'd like to get it restored and serviced, but I was wondering if anyone can tell from the below picture what its model is?

I believe its strap to be gold, and I haven't seen any other watches like this online when I've researched. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
