More photos of back, case and dial would be helpful. Use google lens to start the research
Have it opened by watchmaker or jeweler and take photos of movement and inside Caseback
I have a question about this military Omega I found. It has an odd dial variant and I can’t figure out if it has been redialled or replaced at some point.

Welcome! Pictures of the back and sides will give us a better clue as to what you have, and pictures of the insides will yield a definitive answer. Don't try to open it yourself unless you really know what you are doing. It is easy to seriously damage the watch by doing it wrong.
