The ad says it's an Omega Constellation Ref 2582 7 SC made in 1955, I am starting to get into watches and really love this watch, but want to be as sure as possible it's a worthwhile purchase

It has been redialled for sure. The medallion isnt great either, there are supposed to be 8 stars on there. It's not the best example it must be said but if you like it and the price is right (what is the price by the way) then beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Best price I was able to get is 1450£

Sounds rather toppy to me. That is the asking price for a nicely sorted all original one. That one most certainly isn't. I would put its market value somewhere around half that in a private sale. Maybe a little more if the buyer didn't spot the obvious redial tells (like Tritium Ts for instance). If its from a dealer, it is clearly grubby, why haven't they serviced it?

The advertisement says it was serviced in May 2024, and was "guaranteed for a year", I see, this watch is my favorite watch I have found so far, and actually is the cheapest one I have been able to find a listing for

I wouldn't waste my money to buy this. Case and movement in poor condition, uncorrect crown, obvious redial. With a bit of patience, and sticking around here, you can do better for sure.

It's cheap for a reason, because no collector would look twice at it. And at the same time, it's not worth the asking price. If you want a decent example of this particular style, you will need patience, knowledge, and probably a bit more money.

I am rather new to watches as a hobby, still not exactly sure the best places to look for sales, that is very nice, I am specifically in LOVE with those arrowhead hour markers on the first piece

Omega Forum has a dedicated thread of recommended watches that have been superficially vetted for newbies.

AND, EVERYBODY is searching for arrowhead dialed Constellations!!!

You need to have a look round on the site. You will find it fairly easily.

Serviced or not that movement is a fυcking mess along with the rest of the watch.

I wish you wouldn't beat around the bush, just come straight out and say what you really mean.
