·The FOIS is my first Omega watch. Bought this week. It’s awesome but I find that the OEM doesn’t have a very high quality plus color.
Will change it to the 1035 Flat Link by Forstner and another leather strap.
Mine is very close to 15k.

mine is one of the early ones and has aged quite nicely.
Almost like a matte leather now. With some darkening around the stitching.

·Got mine yesterday and agree with you, it’s great - I did have a speedy Racing Schumacher before and have a few other Omega’s but it’s my first moon watch - the strap is too thin/narrow for my liking though so ordered a Forstner FlatLink and the Wide Komfit Mesh today, should be here tomorrow - will post some pics tomorrow.

I swapped mine onto a Fluco ralley strap pretty much straight away. Great quality and very sturdy, and feels a bit wider and more secure than the OEM, though that might be partly a function of the thickness and colour. Not sure it will patina as nicely, but very happy with it, especially for the 50.00 or so it cost.
