Yes. In order to make a good deal -without taxes- (and compare with Omega AD) We have to buy separately the strap and the buckle.
I find this auction on Ebay UK with a pre-owned 007 spectre nato.

It is not the 007/spectre strap, it is only the normal bond striped nato from Omega.
(The 007 version has brushed hardware, and 007 logo)
