Where can you buy official Omega Nato's online?

I always though natos were the same until I wore a Tudor Nato. The build quality was amazing. So I figure Omega's nato's must be really nice.

I'd get them from Omega but I don't want to pay New York taxes.
    Anyone buy theirs online?

Here's a photo of my off brand nato

Not sure where to buy an official Omega NATO other than maybe eBay, but that's a great looking watch!

I found a few on ebay. I like buying from ebay but after closer inspection the Nato's were made and are not Omega.

If you haven't tried on an Omega NATO yet, do - I firmly believe they're worth whatever Omega asks for them, taxes included.

Now if only we could identify their supplier, like we have Jean Rousseau for their coated nylon straps...

I tried on the black caf skin nato but it is more expensive then the normal nato and it caused the watch to wear higher then normal.

They do, which is unfortunate. I've found leather NATOs from cheapestnatostraps.com seem to wear slimmer though.

Yep - a dealer who is clearly looking to get access to the sales section.

There is a gent who posts here, who is attempting to develop and market high end NATO straps, in the style of the Omegas. He won't have the hardware, but his strap material looks pretty close. He's not at production yet, but my sense is he is close. Based on what he has posted, I will be trying out his product when it is available. I hope posting a link to another site is allowed: http://forums.watchuseek.com/f222/nato-strap-made-seatbelt-material-2326026.html

Does Otto Frei sell Omega NATO straps? They do sell a lot of other Omega bracelets and straps.

Agree that they're expensive but well worth the cost.

thanks, I'm working on it ;)

However if someone wants the oem Omega nato, maybe should try Ace Jewelers - https://www.acejewelers.com/en/blog/tag/omega-nato-strap/

Yep - I bought a Nato from them to breath life back into my Dad's old Omega - not cheap, but the same price as anywhere else and guaranteed to be the real thing. They sent their hard back watch catalogue as well, but I live in Holland so maybe that's just for locals?

That looks like a cool strap. Can you post up a photo of dad's Omega adorned with it?

Yep - will do, as soon as it is returned from Bienne. I waited months to hear what was wrong with it, then to be given a very expensive estimate of what it would cost to 'restore' it, which mostly seemed to be ripping out and replacing parts, so I rejected the service and asked them to send it back. This was about a month ago now, and still nothing!

I see he's been at it again pretty much all afternoon. Funny how his post count is going down. The clown probably hasn't even noticed.

If you're in New York just drive or train it to Short Hills mall in NJ or Manfredi in Greenwich CT. You could buy them there and avoid tax. Although the commute would probably negate any savings.
