I don’t know...there are a few guys on the forum I’ve bought watches from who are dealers, and they were great. Feedback is a wonderful tool...

But Rosental and his crew have their own agenda of attention seeking and getting high with turning on the person exposing fraud.

I could have mis-stepped by not telling everyone that I have a website to buy watches but I honestly still can’t see how this is relevant to what Kostas did and makes this matter grey as per the mob.

I do my best to do things above board. I got an ex cop in Kostas’ area to go to his house and recover what he could from Kostas (at this point he ignored my calls and admitted to running out of money).

Look take note of my details, if you ever see a post of me selling a watch in my collection then ignore it (as I rarely ever sell anything anyway) - but don’t get caught by Kostas and be fully aware of who you give your watches too ... there was an excellent thread on the forum about consigning watches.

No problem thinking strait friend, and I'm all full up on likes, don't need anymore- got plenty of people who know where I stand.
I just don't appreciate you lashing out at fellow members in a tirade like a conspiracy driven teenager. You presented a single side of an unfortunate story, your reasons here seem to be about alerterting the locals of danger -which is fine, we took you at face value. But you are then questioned on your part in the relationship and your background as a watch dealer by someone who knows how to do a little internet research and you lose your shit- that's not cool. Perhaps having a gentler hand when dealing with a new environment- it may get you further.

I don’t mind you researching everything and welcome it - I did not lash out at you but I have understandable anger, you obviously don’t know what it’s like to be a victim of fraud and I didn’t need to post this thread but only did so to warn others. So this anger may have come across in my previous reply to you.

This is obviously a single side of a story as Kostas won’t have the balls to respond and expose himself.

Truth be told I got angry with you because if you read all my threads and screenshots you would have realised that what I have said is accurate and I did not misrepresent anything.

I don’t need validation or likes from the forum - if some people are more interested in mob mentality then I am a big boy and can handle it, but I can’t stand crime or people stealing and want to prevent this from happening to anybody else.

Wellll, he can’t as he was banned from here for being dodgy probably a year or two before you sent him watches. 😉

I realise now that the majority of people on the forum mean well ... unfortunately there are a couple of guys who behave like a rabid mob and have no interest in the truth. I will not be posting anything (not relevant to informing people of Kostas) that will feed their childish interest and allow them to generate more entertainment for themselves.

Perhaps there could be a sticky thread where these types of warnings about unscrupulous dealers could be stored for future reference, along with links to threads outing some of OF’s more colourfully dodgy characters from over the years...

One would hope you had some sort of signed contract with this chap before you sent him the watches? This has always been the case whenever I have consigned a watch with the dealer I have used in the past. It covers the range of prices allowed to be charged for the watch, how long they can have the watch to sell, the commission rates as well a who covers postage fees and insurance liabilities as well as many other small details.

I have never dealt with FullyWound, mainly due to the very bad rep he has, but I do hope you are able to get this matter sorted out. It sounds like a nightmare.

I'm a little bit confused.

We are all aware that Kostas has in the past been a total wrongun - there is a lot of evidence to back this up, with a few folks saying that they had good experiences with him in the past (even a stopped clock is right twice a day).

Some new information has been shared about current wrongdoing.

This is helpful to us.

It tells us collectively that Kostas is still a total wrongun.

Sure the person complaining about Kostas might not be our flavour of the month, but the things he has experienced align with previous behaviours of Kostas.

There's nothing to debate here.

I think we can trust that Kostas is a wrongun.

We can all now go back to not even considering buying anything from, or selling anything to him.

Nothing really, when battles break out or threads get derailed idiots (like me) usually throw in a cat picture to help things out.

Ok cats are used for a few things
1) not enough pictures may as well look at cats. Post a cat picture
2) thread has drifted way of topic, we will be talking about cats soon. Post a cat picture
3) Members are fighting. Post a cat picture

But there are rules
No cats to page 3 of said thread.
Albino wildlife, trumps cat pictures. (Search Albino wombats 😉)
Once a cat is posted there are no rules.
