To be fair, you are right: the guy you brought our attention to is a total scammer, as far as I can tell from what’s been posted. You had a misstep, were not completely forthcoming on your status, but I agree: you stole a bag of potato chips; he stole a car. Not hardly the same degree of outrage or sentence should be imposed.

There really isn't much mystery to what took place. Obviously the OP is in the same business, knew damn well who he was dealing with but still chose to lay off some of his inventory on him. Probably worked out for a while until it didn't. Should have known better and it's not like he wasn't aware of the fella's sordid reputation and dangers. At this point, rather than try silly scare tactics like threatening to send goons and whine on forums, the OP should cut his losses and take his fυcking like a man.

It doesn't take much thought to see what took place. I've been around NYC shifty characters for many years and your situation is clear as day. You knew the dangers of dealing with the guy but took the chances anyways and eventually got burned. All your silly innuendos won't clean the dirt off your own hands.

Mob squad mentality is a real put-off but I don’t mind a little useless noise from the squad if it means other people don’t make the same mistake with Kostas.

Fred you can now go back to being the eyes and ears for NYC I am sure you providing a useful service

I had enough fun with you trolls ... seems there are a few guys on this Forum who become Tony Soprano behind their laptops. Easy to talk through the other end of your hole when it’s just typing eh.

The majority of guys on this Forum are cogent and secure people - so happy they are aware of Kostas and won’t make the terrible mistake I made.
