indeed it can - shown here with a cross hair.
The relationship of the cross hair to the first L in Constellation is important too (which differs slightly between dome dials and pie pan)

·I really would like to see better pictures first of the dial. The fact it does'nt pass the moy test is not enough for me.

·Yes. I saw what you wrote. But I'm not convinced it's a redial. I have the feeling I saw this text configuration more often. But I would like to see straight up pictures in normal light. I would say for now the dial is genuine.

·Could be the angle, but the minute track between 1 and 2 looks very crooked in the first picture, particularly looking at the distance between the minute track and edge of the pie pan.
