I know it’s not in the luxery market but bought this little Automatic for a song . Clean lines, reliable and it’s automatic. Ticks my boxes
Doesn’t need to be luxury to be loved! I think this ones a beauty!🥰🥰

An early Seiko Weekdater. This watch is truly much more than the sum of its parts. Lovely case, hidden crown, italicized Seikomatic, and the unique day placement - all combined with the restrained elegance that the Japanese do so well.

I love the name “Weekdater”. Nerdy and refined at the same time.

Got this last week from another OF member. I call this a pre-purchase because I bought it before it was posted, you wonder how??

Well, that is a long story and I am not telling😉. This is my first Enicar, I just like the simpleness of this vintage item, reminds me of times when things were not complicated. I love this one and this is not a flipper but a keeper for me. Thanks, dougiedude.

This 1930's cushion cased Tissot with a sector dial.

Darn, that is fantastic! Has anyone dibsed it?
Dibs! (But not too soon as I’m way dibsed out!).

I had always wanted a pocket watch, even before I wanted any swiss watch. I bought an Illinois 12S Art Deco Pocket watch with sunburst dial and in excellent running condition per seller from eBay. I am excited and cant wait for it to get delivered.

When I see things like this I want a pocket watch! It needs to be a "MURICAN!" pocket watch. Damn nice and congrats!

Congrats! Was watching that one from the start. The dial is really hard to capture in a picture but looks great in real life. Here's my PG capped:

My newest (and least expensive ever, I believe) arrival... the Timex Marlin re-issue. Much smaller (34mm) than I’d normally go for, but I think it’s cool that Timex is getting back into mechanical watches and I wanted to experience one in the metal.

TLDR - nice quality for the price, but as @Larry S intimated in his post, the strap is, well... not good. Bonus points awarded for drilled lugs, though 👍

A couple folks yes, but your dibs is duly noted as well. And don't worry, this one isn't leaving my collection for a long time.😀

Well with the slight title change I suppose I can put this here. New arrival, but not a purchase. This one is a gift from my wonderful girl friend. Technically a Chistmas/Hanukkah gift, but was delayed for a few reasons. The wait was definitely worth it. Great size, beautiful dial and a joy on the wrist.

She told me it was ordered over the holidays and reached out to the wonderful folks at Stowa and switched it to a manual wind vs auto(I’ve become a sucker for manuals since my Nomos club). And the finishing doesn’t disappoint
