Well with the slight title change I suppose I can put this here. New arrival, but not a purchase. This one is a gift from my wonderful girl friend. Technically a Chistmas/Hanukkah gift, but was delayed for a few reasons. The wait was definitely worth it. Great size, beautiful dial and a joy on the wrist.

She told me it was ordered over the holidays and reached out to the wonderful folks at Stowa and switched it to a manual wind vs auto(I’ve become a sucker for manuals since my Nomos club). And the finishing doesn’t disappoint

Killer, killer watch... and awesome decision to go with the hand-wound movement - I would choose a manually-wound watch over an automatic any day of the week, if both were an option.

Congrats, man!

My 2nd Tudor. What an amazing piece.

Great piece. Thinking about getting the blue Pelagos very soon.

Regretted selling mine last year, so was on the hunt for a nice Speedy Straight Writing 145.022-69. I found and collected this one today, on the original 1175 flat bracelet, and with moon crater box, one owner from new. Sadly he never kept the paperwork, and said he only had it serviced once, so it's off to watchmaker, and in the meantime the extract has been ordered:

I just bought my first omega from mdgrwl here. A moonwatch pro of course. Arrives tomorrow, and the anticipation is eating me alive.
