I can suggest you a guy, it is from Croatia and makes great straps. I have a few his leather straps. You can see it on his instagram https://www.instagram.com/zotanleather/
Its a nice day at local flea market. These 2 Seikos cost a whole 150usd Baby panda 6138-8000 (missing a pusher) Pogue 6139-6005 completely original with fading to white inner bezel
Its not that bad in real life. Right indeed a bit better but would still choose left because of the hands and rivet bracelet:
I'm a Rolex ignorant, but have read about "beefy" and "thin" cases before, this was the first time I could see two slightly different, ahem, cases next to each other. Both look great to me I like the one on the right better due to the handset and the bracelet
You are right. The real one is 6139-6002 I think with the wording: water 70m resistant and smaller sub dial hand . But but his watch got the inner bezel fading to white too
Just having a stir. The real Pogue had a replacement sub dial hand. https://omegaforums.net/attachments/pogue-seiko-6139-jpg.353632/
Not today but yesterday I bought this: A whole, hard earned fifteen of your British pounds (plus commission which is ... counts on fingers ... erm ... £18.30). For 46 quartz ... just eugh. There's a couple of 80s Swatches in there; an Irony; a few Donna Karen branded things .... but there was this hiding in the bottom: A Timex Electric 67 circa 1962-65 .. quite an appealing linen dial. I thought it was more than worth a punt seeing as I've got 44 watches to put on eBay for spares/repairs now and if I just break them up into lots of 5 or 6 watches and sell each lot for a couple of pounds that should cover the Timex and a battery. Oh, I might keep this one too: I also bought, get this ... a quarter of a tonne ... that's 250kg or 550lbs of books. God only knows what possessed me but they weren't going to sell so I offered £5 for the lot. I'm not sure whether I should sort and sell them or just open a lending library and make my money back on the late fees. (So far I've found 6 early, but not first, editions of Kipling ... and that's just what's sitting on top of the boxes).
If we're talking about sinking, you should have seen the suspension on the van after I got them all loaded!
