Guess what-- a teeny weeny ladies' art deco Universal Genève watch. I was the only bidder on this one (surprise, surprise). It's hairspring is a bit messed up, let's hope it can be fixed reasonably. And with that I think I have to stop playing good samaritan to orphaned 1940s ladies watches....
Bought my first Omega off of mdgrwl right here. The watch is beautiful and I rec'd it the next day! I can see how this might become addictive. https://omegaforums.net/members/mdgrwl.14201/
Following on from @STANDY's advice... I'm creating my own vintage. Now to recover from the shock of spending money.
Week rental, to try before I buy. It's mine if I make the right offer. Where to start with price? Beats me
Arrived today. I must say I´m delighted with the quality of these IWC´s. It´s a very nice feeling when you handle them! Always nice to get the box included in the purchase too
My moms watch died. As snowbirds they spend all winter in Florida and she needs something she can swim and go to the beach with. If I had bought something nicer it would have stayed in a drawer. Hope she likes it.
A little Omega Seamaster 30 Cal 286 from 1963 in reasonable condition. Damn, I should have photoshopped out that spot on the dial just near the 8..........Oh, hang on, I'm not selling it though so why worry. (It's actually a speck of dust on the crystal).
