I've been wearing an Invicta watch for 3 years now saving my pennies for a nice watch This arrived today. I couldn't be happier - now I just need to get it sized.
Congrats! You'll absolutely get to love the bracelet, it is ultra-comfortable. A solid choice :: In my part of the world, this little item arrived today, and I couldn't be happier: Omega Seamaster ref. 2767, bumper automatic cal. 354. In more than acceptable condition, even, light patina all around and no signs of abuse! Even has original crown and buckle: Really, really happy with this one and I am very surprised at how large it wears, it seems to be several mm larger than my previous Seamasters, which have been 34mm. It's "only" 34,8mm, but seems just as big as my 37mm 1970's Tissot.
This sweet baby came today. It's smaller on my wrist than I expected. But after 4 hours, still happy.
My first Speedmaster is on its way to me, a 145.022-69. It should arrive tomorrow! There's one thing that's special about it. Another is the case which was made in 1969, the year we landed on the moon. Another is that I expect the movement to be within about 60 days of my birthday in 1971. I'll check that with an Extract one day soon. Three boxes checked with one watch. Pretty good I'd say! I've said it before and I'll say it again, big thank yous to @sky21 and @oddboy. They both made my first big transaction more smooth and comfortable.
FedEx just left me a package! And I tore into it like a five year old on Christmas morning... Inside, a Zenith A385... Picked this up from a fellow Forum member. And the obligatory wrist shot... Had been looking for an A385 for a while and having missed out on one recently this is all the sweeter!
Been expanding/upgrading the "beater" side of my collection, since that's what I wear Monday-Friday. This Sinn U1 came in the mail today.
