Picked this up today, thanks to @Darlinboy posting the eBay link. Seller accepted my offer, so I guess we're both happy .
ha. Well I'm always up for alternate suggestions.. Whatcha got? At least it's not a speedmaster, right? (but I do love my speedmaster)
Picked this up for $50. Had decided not to buy a winder as I don't mind setting the time and date if need be, but for the quality : price, I couldn't resist.
I've spent too much money this week. Thanks cicindela for giving me the chance to tick another off my list.
Some Hirsch straps after @Alpha pointed out a decent sale: And a 60s buckle for my 50/60s Omega strap to go onto the Seamaster 30
My first new watch in 2 months, probably the longest dry spell for me in years. Thanks, Mike (I think!) for enabling me... ca. 1947 cal 30.10, ref 2479 pink GC
I'm glad to see that fine watch went to a good owner; an OmegaForum member, to boot!! I had put in an offer, too, since I'm not sure if I'll ever find a crown to put on the one I have. Better judgement reigned, however, since I'd then have ended up with two, eventually..
