Are De Ville Prestige Chronograph 145.0050 and 4540.31.00 the same?

I’m new here and need all your help. I’ve looking at this watch De Ville Prestige Chronograph and they are generally have ref. number of 4540.31.00 for SS but often I see the inside of the case back shows as 145.0050. In my eyes they look identical. Are these two reference number given to the exactly the same watch? Or different? If same, then why it has two different numbers? Also some information says the movement is 861 but others say 1861. Thanks!
