For my first mechanical watch I decided to buy an Omega De Ville Prestige Co-Axial.

I found a seems to be a great deal on Chrono24, watch has been bought in 2016 and never been worn. comes with the international warranty still running until the end of the year.

Is it risky to buy a watch that didn’t moved since 4 years. Should I already anticipate a movement revision next year ? (Quite expensive I read)

In addition I heard that the 2500 caliber would need more care than others.

And as a total noob, despite reputation is there specific questions I should ask the seller regarding this model before pulling the trigger ?
