Aqua Terra - better to buy new or slightly used?

I am considering getting a blue dial aqua terra 41mm as my daily wearer, but I wanted to get some opinions on whether it would be better to get a new one directly from the AD or go to a used dealer and try to snag one in good shape that is from the last few years.

Is there anything I am overlooking upgrade wise to the newest models that would make it a mistake to go for a cheaper used model?
Nothing wrong with buying used watches as long as you know what you're looking for. Having a watch maker check the condition always helps knowing what you bought.
