It looks to me as if the hands have been relumed -- the condition is too good -- but it's been done well.
There's no room for negotiation per the seller. I think it might be a pass from me.
No, it is quite common. I have seen a lot with this dial and moon face because some years ago, I was searching for exactly this version with crab lugs.

Honestly. This is well priced. It's a beautiful piece. This is not an auction. They might shave a couple hundred off but that's it.
