Good morning everyone, I hope all is well.

I’m new to this forum and would like to thank in advance for your time looking at these pictures. I’m interested in purchasing this UG tri-compax in 18k gold. I’m extremely unfamiliar with it but I find the watch very fascinating. I noticed one of the pushers (middle one) is not correct. I would also like to apologize in advance for the horrible pictures provided.

Looking forward to your opinions.

Best,
Fran

Welcome

Do you value originality or are you wanting just a nice UG chronograph with moonface?

If you value originality, we will need to see many RiRez Up Close pix.

UG TriCompax can be minefields.

Just from your pix, I tend to like it......so far

What is the asking price?

Thanks for the response. I value originality above all. Asking price is 4k usd.

Ok……Need many hires pix for us to help you
Unfortunately these are all the pictures I have for now. I understand if no proper assessment can be derived from these. Will post more when I can. If you have any opinion in terms of asking price, middle pusher etc I’d be grateful.

Without pix to evaluate, I and others would only be guessing.

You already circled the one case corrector that is wrong. Additionally the hour, minute, and chrono sweep hands look wrong. I think the rest is OK.

Price reflects the hands and franken corrector. I could not live personally with that many issues. This watch has been messed with in a manner which suggests it’s mostly franken.

Cant really read the movement serial but if it is 183k it is guaranteed not original. 283k would be doubtful. And to be honest: I have no 12267’s on record with a numbered movement so that may be an indictation anyway

Could you please explain how you can use movement serial to check if a movement is original to a watch? Is there some reference I can look at?
