·Like Larry says, most of what's out there is way worse and more expensive. If you like it, maybe offer 5. If you pass on it, wouldn't be surprised if some others here might be interested.

·It looks to me as if the hands have been relumed -- the condition is too good -- but it's been done well.
That was my first thought as well, especially comparing to the hour lumes. Call me unpure, but it wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me. I'd use it to try and knock some off the price

·No, it is quite common. I have seen a lot with this dial and moon face because some years ago, I was searching for exactly this version with crab lugs.
Here are some examples. First of all mine with repainted second dial. Original dial is kept safe away.
Then a beautiful example sold by Bonhams in 2013:
and some other examples with same dial and mostly same hands.

Yea I don't really want to pester this guy. The watch is in great condition and I'd like to own it, but this particular reference is not a must have for me.
If anyone else would like it, go for it! You'll recieve a great watch.
