looks good to me. I would ask the seller where is the bracelet as there's gentle tell-tale signs that it was equipped with one.

Has the watch been serviced before it was sent to you? Little rotor rub there.

Waiting for more experienced members to comment. The watch looks pretty clean. Very nice pics!

Looks great! What is the asking price?

"SF" would be the case maker company, don't know who it is.

That's a decent price, but figure another $200-300 for a service. Bracelet is about $150 by itself.

Wow. New member comes on and shows a nice watch at a fair price. When does that ever happen? 😀

Hello, I have received the watch. While I found that the second hand moves not very continuously, not like a modern one, sometimes smaller but quicker jumps, sometimes otherwise. The dealer explains that's because the old calibers are "low frequent".

Is that a common sense on vintage watches?

Thanks.

An Omega 564 runs at 19,800 beats per hour, so it isn’t as smooth as modern Omega movements which mostly run at 25,500-28,800 bph, I believe.

From my point of view, smaller and bigger jumps are linked to an issue with the indirect second hand brake.
Main purpose is to keep gears in contact and always ensure same displacement.

Is this a signal that the watch needs to be serviced? or repaired?

Service will be required if you want to fix this behavior.
But it doesn't have effect on keeping time as far as I know, just visual effect.

Your watch is beautiful! Looking for one since a while and never seen one as good as yours!
Could you show us a picture with the watch on the wrist? 😀
