Advice on how genuine this zenith is

Hi all, I've bought this watch for around $400 on ebay.

Has anyone seen a dial like this? And does it look genuine. It's 18K apparently, but supposedly from the 1940s, though the former property of a watch maker, so likely repaired, and posssibly modified.

The dial has been refinished, and the crown is not likely original.

Do you have images of the case back (inside and out)?

As @Tony C. said. Refinished dial and with that serial number it wouldn’t have a Zenith crown.
