Hello Folks,

Any comments for this Constellation? Case, dial, case-back, crown, etc
Not saying it's 100% unpolished, but it does look nice, well priced if everything is original...

Pink gold Connie - nice
Looks good to me
Although the pics could be better
Agree case is not unpolished but still very good
Rotor shows signs of rubbing on its high points but a service should sort that
Buckle likely would have been solid gold too originally
So might be a replacement

Agree on all points, especially about the watch not being unpolished (it's not exactly overpolished, though) and that better, more close-up, photos are needed, esp. of the dial.

I'll add that while the paperwork looks good, I haven't seen a Constellation come in a box like that before. The outer case seems fine, but that red lined box? Here's what my (gold-capped) version looks like:

Looks like an outer box and red insert from a Deluxe set. Just missing the solid silver box though!

You could probably sell the insert and outer box to pull the cost down.

They aren't correct for a Connie anyway and there MUST be some Deluxe collectors after the insert and outer, they're the rarest items of all because everybody kept the silver box and dumped the rest.
