·Hi folks,
Took the opportunity during Thanksgiving to take a look at a few old watches my dad has, and we’d both appreciate your input.
The first is a Bulova Accutron from the late 1960s. Then we’ve got an “Elgin” that belonged to my grandfather, which means it’s probably from the late 30s or early 40s. It’s missing its subseconds hand. And finally there’s an “Admiral” pocket watch, also my grandfather’s. None have been touched in a very long time, so it’s probably safe to say everything is original. You could slice bread with the edges of the case on the Bulova.
Anyway, please enjoy and comment at will! Would love to be able to tell my dad more about these. Thanks. 😀
