Posted on Modern Omega Forum then realized some members here on Vintage Forum may consider 1999 as "vintage"馃槈

I know the vintage market well, but have very little experience with the modern models. What is current market value for a 30th anniversary moon landing, 1999, Speedmaster, complete boxes/papers, etc., never sold. (The only wear is from when watch was tried on in store.)

All comments will be greatly appreciated!

Not huge, the 35th is worth more as it happens to be very desirable aesthetically, the 30th is fairly normal Speedmaster-ish

What about the 20th anniversary (1989) one ? Anyone know ?
I've never actually hunted one down but also never seen one so assume they're quite rare.

They're around, they're pretty standard other than the box set and the engraving on the side

Thanks dsio. I'm curious because I've never actually seen one. I remember reading that 2000 were made, then somewhere else that more than 2000 but in slightly different guises so believed they had a premium.
Maybe not ??

It's rare that a manufactured collectible like this goes up in value - most vintage watches that are valuable are those that never started out to be limited or collectible in any way.
