OMEGA Speedmaster Apollo XI 30th Anniversary. Limited Edition. Ref: ST 145.0223
This Speedmaster Professional Apollo 11 was introduced in 1999 for the 30th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission in 1969.Certainly the closest to the original Moonwatch.
Same case, bracelet, dial and bezel as Speedmaster Professional. The main difference is the full and engraved caseback, with the precious wordings...

Being a Limited Edition, it was produced in 9999 pieces.
This timepiece recently underwent a Category 2 PARTIAL Service by an OMEGA Service Center (See proof attached) It has a NEW Hesalite Crystal as a result. Bracelet currently fits 16.5cm wrist with two extra links.
Last readings on a Timegrapher (October/Nov 2006), she keeps +/- 2 seconds/day and has and Amplitude of 300 (Dial-up)
Besides this special case back, the watch comes with a black leather box.
Also, the Apollo 11 30th Anniversary Speedy Pro comes with a Certificate of aunthenticity with limited-series number of the particular watch (out of 9999 pieces) with some words on the Apollo 11 mission as well as Test-parameters passed.
Additionally, this set also comes with 1) a Apollo 11 mission badge and 2) a 30th Anniversary Apollo 11 commemorative medal with metal from the spacecraft.
This watch has never been worn since i acquired it. She's kept in a dehumidified environment in a safe and wound every week.
