I cancelled my F1 TV subscription. I've had Apple for a while.
I never utilized any of the extra "features" of F1 TV Premium anyway.
I hardly even have the chance to watch the race live anyway!
So as long as I can get replays, I'll be good.

Also, the RB car...

I like it. Hope they actually keep those aero disc things off the wheels.

HAAS car looks pretty good...

I must say, the rear end, with it being Toyota Gazoo Racing HAAS Ferrari...

Is a little bit odd, harking back to the 2010 BMW Sauber Ferrari...

Which was also a bit odd.

It would be pretty cool if Toyota went the whole hog and came back as an engine supplier, whenever two or more Japanese suppliers compete it really brings a lot of passionate fans out which is pretty awesome to see, both in Japan and abroad

I canceled cable a while ago.
But with all the apps and other streaming services, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm paying just as much again lol.
I was happy that F1 did consolidate with Apple TV. Allowed me to eliminate the $80 or whatever I was paying for F1TV.
Hopefully the coverage/content does not suffer....

What Apple is saying is comming looks epic.

I’m interested to see what Apple’s coverage is like. I saw that they will have an option to switch on commentary from Sky Sports and I do feel that Crofty and company are part of the experience I enjoy.

Yeah? Well that is good news. Aside from them picking up the coverage, I know nothing of what to expect....
Meanwhile, pre-season testing in Bahrain underway...

All the features of SKY, plus extra cameras located around the circuit that you can auto switch too, integration between smartphone and team radio, extra views etc synced to race.

This is the stuff they have announced.

Sweet! Not that I'll utilize ANY of that though since I can never manage to watch the race live to begin with lol.
I think I watched more of the "race in 30 min" recaps than actual races last season.

Interesting. I'd have thought that with Newey on board they would have been an outsider

I think i might just lock this thread, start drinking, then open the 2027 F1 Thread when I sober up.

If Honda has really ballsed up Alonso’s last year in the sport I’m going to spend the rest of my life cutting off every Civic SI I come across.

So many of these articles just seem to be click bait. That being said, I think that Aston Martin has deep issues. I was skeptical of what Newey could actually do for their performance,

apparently they didnt get into the wind tunnel until april (should of been Jan) however windtunnel should just be used to tweak design not be 4s off the pace

I can already hear Alonso asking if the motor is from an F2 car as he goes down the main straight at Suzuka.

Initial car design work was done without him due to contracts and F1 rules.

Expect rapid gains by race 4 if it’s the aero.
