Gucci? F1 used to be sponsored by products that would kill you.
You mean you've never had to dodge a handbag?

That was an entertaining race. Even I got a five second penalty for speeding in the pit lane.

Looks like Mercedes is going to receive an ADUO benefit for their ICE being 2% behind RedBull. Kimi is going to be a 2x champion after the 2027 season.

Red Bull's aero must be ass if they have the best engine...

Well it's ICE only so the battery and software could be ass as well as the car being a bloated pig.

They’ve had their aero side picked clean by other teams over such a long period of time at this point, I guess not a big surprise that they don’t have much left

Kimi is incredible (especially considering his age). Have you watchedf the documentary on Netflix? It's pretty good.
Usually the Monaco race is pretty boring, the atmosphere makes up for it and this year the penalties added some suspense.
I have been a few times. Here a few years back with Sir Jacky Stewart:

Antonelli is a monster.

This humble kid drives aggressively but fair ( looks at Max….) has killer speed, and is just killing it race after race.

Those people saying Toto was insane bringing up a kid straight from F3 are eating their words.

Good race on Sunday in Spain with Ferrari actually making good strategy decisions.

Was very happy for Lewis, seems the team is making all the right decisions around him. The early 3 stop strategy call paid off with the fortunate VSC coming at the most opportune time.

Not the same can be said about Charles, he's had to live with some poor decision making as well as adjusting to the new brakes which conforms more to Lewis's driving style. Will be interesting to see if Ferrari will be able to sustain their momentum.

Would have loved to see what could have unfolded without the full course yellow. Many think Lewis still would have won but it would have been great to see the overtakes.

I'm hugely happy to see Lewis back on form. It was so shitty to see him having such a bad time these last few years, and I was one of many who held the opinion age had just caught up with him. I'm more than happy to have been wrong, although I never thought he had anything left to prove.

While I do think he's capable of delivering a championship as a driver, I'm still not optimistic that Ferrari can consistently deliver him the car needed for it. It would be a fairytale ending though, because as far as I'm concerned the sport owes him an 8th and I'll keep supporting him until he gets it. This coming from a guy who never supported him prior to Abu Dhabi 2021.

I'm not so sure Charles liked the old brakes either, did he?

It looked promising he would win it before the VSC, he had way more pace as was evidenced by the gap he pulled over George by the end.

I can't take credit for originally spotting this but Lewis's race engineer Carlo Santi wore a Peter Blake on the podium at the last race. Must be a true watch guy.

Only so many RM watches to go around for the team given how expensive they are so Lewis, Charles, and Fred get them. Rest of the team can wear whatever watch they want.

Joking but probably true.
