Because we don't know what is going on in the background and there are a lot of unhinged, crazy people out there willing to do stuff for attention.

I’m not talking about Helmut Marko.

Ferrari management is telling Lewis to pipe down and just drive, he probably never heard that at Mercedes.

Lewis should give it one more year and if he doesn't radically improve, just retire and take the glory.

The car was not built around him. The paddock expectations around him was not high due to this.

Ferrari is not used to drivers who take leadership rolls like Lewis does. It’s antithetical to how Enzo ran things and carries through to today.

At no point has he been disrespectful to the team. If anything he takes and shoulders much of the blame.

Leadership role? Another interpretation would be whiny brat.

Considering the fact that Lewis has been part of more championships (WDC and WCC) since 2000 than Ferrari has, maybe they should listen to him. He seems to know a lot more about winning championships than Ferrari does.

What about Michael Schumacher. Granted: he took with him 4 technical guys and LH took his cook 😉

Curious do you think that about Fernando or Max?

Actually the lead designer at MB left to Ferrari which was a factor for Lewis to leave. The designer had been pushing for the style of car Lewis liked for 2 years and kept being shot down.

The cook and personal trainers are paid for by the driver not the team. Having technical staff leave with drivers is very rare these days due to technology sharing issues… She McLaren about a decade ago.

Sianz took his personal trainers/cook when he left Ferrari and I don’t see you insulting him…

Fernando no, Max yes.

Weird, as most people would say saying your engine is worse then an F2 engine while going down the main straight at the home race for your engine manufacturer is worse then anything Hamilton has done…

It's the frequency of comments, not any individual comment. Lewis has done it his whole career.

I’d argue not for about 8 years…

Lewis making comments got him 7 WDC's and had 3 years where he barely missed out. Max making comments got him to 4 WDC's and is on the verge of a 5th. If anything maybe Fernando should've been more of a whiny brat like Lewis and Max.

Question for those that have attended multiple F1 venues. I’ve only been to Las Vegas F1 last year and this year. Bucket load of stuff to do in LV.
Race track, I can be in stands to watch or right up on the wall. Walk to track for race once I am at Venetian, everything in walking distance. Cars up close, people up close up. No need to get transportation for the 3 or 4 days. What other venues offer the same type of experience.
Been to NASCAR, once in stands that is about it. Leaving area is nightmare, whereas in LV once I’m done at race I walk 10 minutes and back to casino, dinner, bars, drinks, and people

What would you invest in for the best venue for F1.

The best times I’ve ever had at F1 venues are the ones that are hardest to get to. Hanging out with drunk Finns, who are calling a drunk Scotsman Swedish, while the drunk Scotsman thought my friend looked like a Tiger Woods. The drunk Scotsman’s girlfriend was having their baby while he was at the track. Every 10 minutes or so the Finns would ask a question and the answer was always Kimi!, Kimi!, Kimi! And then they’d pound beers. It was unforgettable. All while waiting in a shuttle bus or at the train station.

Total snooze of a race, it was over once Norris made it through the first corner with no issues. Congrats to Lando and Oscar, but McLaren made it a lot more complicated than it needed to be.

Congrats to Lando after qualifying P2 and Oscar on P3 it was almost impossible to not win the WC. How much will Max regret the Russel incident in the Spain GP with only 2 points off the WC today?

If they do win the WDC I think it will be hands down the least deserved WDC win in the modern era.

Just highlighting my previous comment. 😜

What a disappointing outcome. Max was the absolute master once again this season, it's a shame Red Bull couldn't deliver for him early in the season. Only losing out by 2 points against the McLaren is an absolutely astounding effort. And I guess he'll be having a good long think about Spain this year, as with hindsight it lost him the championship.
